LongHaul™ TDM Series for IP Connectivity at Extreme Distances

The LongHaul™ TDM is a software-based TDM radio—not a traditional IP radio. While other companies claim their IP radios can go the distance, only the LongHaul™ TDM uses Carlson's proprierary TrueTDM™ technology, for wireline-quality signals at distances IP radios can't reach—more than 60 miles.

RuralConnect® TV White Space for NLOS

Available now only under experimental license, the RuralConnect® is yet another revolutionary product from Carlson. The RuralConnect® utilizes the newly-available TV white-space frequencies to bring wireless connectivity to rural locations where a microwave or Wi-Fi connection is impossible.

• "Super Wi-Fi" for improved coverage: While traditional Wi-Fi has a fairly limited range, and can be blocked by walls and other obstacles, the TV white-space frequencies used by the RuralConnect® IP can penetrate hills and valleys to cover a much greater area, all while requiring less equipment.
• Public safety in difficult terrain: The need for public safety connectivity doesn't stop when the terrain is difficult, and neither does the RuralConnect® IP. Deliver data, monitor electrical devices, operate mobile command centers, stream video from surveillence cameras, and more—all in remote, rugged, or heavily-forested areas with TV white-space technology.
