Customer Service hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, USA, Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. Call a Customer Service technician at +1-707-822-7000.
Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products upon delivery. Customer waives any right to reject or revoke acceptance thereafter.
All Product returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.

If returned Products are claimed to be defective, a complete written description of the nature of the defect must accompany all returned Products. All items not eligible for return will be returned to Customer, transportation collect.
